Capture ideas quickly
Add several tasks in a row with Quick Add. In supported languages, type dates, times, repeats, alerts, durations, priorities, tags, lists and saved locations naturally, then review the details before saving. Capture text, links and images from other apps, or use a widget or Quick Settings tile.

Organize work your way
Create colored lists and list groups, or use a GTD Inbox to collect ideas before filing them. Break work into projects and checklists with subtasks, then arrange tasks in named sections. Group your tags and pause a tag when its tasks can wait. Exclude selected lists from the All view and see which tags are used or unused. Built-in Today, Starred and Scheduled views collect tasks across lists.

Find the right task
Save searches as Smart Lists that show matching tasks. Combine text, tags, dates and other filters, narrow your view with Focus, or use Quick Open to jump to a task or list. Schedule, defer, tag, star or complete several tasks together, and drag them between lists and sections. Filter by individual lists or list groups. Each list remembers its sort and Focus settings.

Plan around your day
Set start dates, deadlines, durations and flexible repeat rules. Add multiple reminders, including alerts before a task starts or is due. See device calendar events alongside tasks, expand the day timeline, and send a task to your calendar to reserve time for it. Location reminders help you act when you are nearby. Use start dates to hide tasks until they become relevant.

Keep the details together
Write notes with Markdown formatting and preview them as you work. Link related tasks from your notes. Add photos, audio, locations and actions to call, email, message, navigate or open a website or URL scheme directly from a task.

Sync and share
Use iCloud with your Apple Account to sync with 2Do on iPhone, iPad and Mac. Share read-only or editable iCloud lists with people using compatible versions of 2Do. You can also choose Todoist, Dropbox, Toodledo or CalDAV, including Fastmail and Fruux; supported task details vary by service. Your other lists can continue using your chosen sync service.

Made for phones and tablets
Choose color themes for Light and Dark appearance and adjust how much detail task rows show. On a tablet, work with lists, tasks and the editor side by side, then return to recently accessed tasks. Home screen widgets keep useful lists close at hand.

Work offline and protect your plans
Manage tasks without a sync account. Password-protect private lists or lock the app. Create backups, choose a backup folder and export a copy for safekeeping.

Pro features include sync, iCloud list sharing, calendar events, reminders, Markdown and backups. They are available during a 14-day trial and can be unlocked with a one-time in-app purchase. Core task management is free and remains available after the trial. iCloud sync and sharing require an Apple Account.
