About this game

Keep Mining is a pickaxe clicker and idle mining game about the simple pleasure of breaking rock. Tap the field, let your pickaxe smash through stone and dig out the ore, then spend it on upgrades that make the next run even quicker.

How a run works
Runs are short and timed. Tap and hold, and your pickaxe hits every rock inside its mining circle. Broken stones release gold, copper and iron ore along with XP, and levelling up your miner unlocks new parts of the game. It's a rock mining game you can enjoy in a spare minute.

Rich seams and lucky strikes
Some stones hold far more ore than others, and the right skills give you a chance to split a rock in one blow or collect double ore and XP. Spotting the rich rocks quickly is how a steady miner becomes a fast one.

Smelting and ingots
At the end of each run your ore is smelted into ingots. Ingots are what you spend on progress, and each metal has its own worth.

Pickaxes from the smithy
Your pickaxe is your main tool, so the smithy lets you trade ingots for better ones. Every new pickaxe swings faster, hits harder or covers a wider area, and picking the right moment to upgrade is half the strategy.

The skill tree
Dozens of nodes wait in a branching skill tree: a bigger mining area, more rocks on the field, extra seconds per run, a chance to break a rock in one hit and bonus ore from every stone. It's proper incremental progression, and each node makes a difference straight away.

Artifacts to collect
Every so often an artifact rock turns up among the stones. Break it to claim a rare, epic or legendary artifact with a permanent passive bonus that stacks with your skills.

Progress you keep
Pickaxes, skill nodes and artifacts are all permanent, so even a short run moves you forward. Early runs chip slowly at the stone, later ones end in a blur of breaking rock, and that climb is the heart of every good idle clicker.

A mine of your own
Further in, you can open a mine with a separate shaft for each ore, turning out ingots for you automatically.

Highlights
• Bite-sized runs of tap-and-hold rock breaking
• A clicker with steady, rewarding upgrades
• Gold, copper and iron ore to mine and smelt
• A smithy full of pickaxes, a branching skill tree and collectable artifacts

For fans of idle and incremental clicker games with plenty to upgrade: pick up your pickaxe and keep mining.

Had fun so far once you get past the ads. I managed to get to level 300 in just one day by pushing past the ads and being strategic with my skill upgrades. Now I only have the 2 most expensive upgrades left but they use gold, making iron and copper useless. Also they require so much that it'll take an hour per upgrade at this point. Still trying to unlock talents, would figured its too late now for them to be useful.

I've played for maybe 2 hours and im already at the end. Last 2 upgrades are ludicrously expensive. the pickaxe range when maxed cant reach the bottom of the screen due to the mining area offset. Talents (spelled Talants in game) aren't unlockable yet. Ads are way too frequent. Maybe I'll be back when there's an update but for now I'm done with this.

A fun little mining game to pass the time. Some criticisms for the developer to take note of, however; So far, levels/xp mean nothing from what I can tell, and the two tabs locked at the start don't seem to unlock. The 'rate now' screen is in Russian. The later gold upgrades (costing 220k and 300k) are far too expensive. The audio should be separately controlled between music and sfx; Music is fun, but the ringing of the pickaxe isn't. I'll come back to the game later, once the features are out.
