Stracilem 6 godzin na chatsupport zadając jedno proste pytanie, o konfiguracje konta testowego. Nie uzyskałem odpowiedzi od 11 pracowników, 3 mnie celowo wyłaczało i resetowało rozmowe, obrzydliwe. Mam wątpliwowości czy Stripe i peniadze są tam bezpieczne skoro support ma problem z podstawową wiedzą o Stripe. Nie dostałem też kontaktu do ich szefa. A wiec kolejne pytania bede zadawał publicznie. Edit. i jeszcze ta bezszczelna odpowiedź, tu nie chodzi o jezyk supportu. Sami widzicie ludzie 🤷

not very intuitive, strangely organized, withdrawal should be quick and hassle-free, I withdraw $100 and I get an error that the amount should be less than $250

Super apka. Ale dobrym rozwiązaniem byłoby wprowadzenie małej ikony metody płatności przy każdej płatności — tak jak jest to pokazane w wersji webowej Stripe. Ułatwiłoby to szybki podgląd i analizę transakcji bez potrzeby logowania się do panelu w przeglądarce.
