The app is frustratingly slow to login. If I could move banks I would. To log in and transfer money takes a long time to load. I've tried uninstalling and installing, logging in out and out and it still doesn't fix the issue. All the other bank apps I use do not have this issue, just Suncorp, frustrating, please fix this.

I've been using the Suncorp Bank App for approx. a year without any problems. Apparently now, I need to have a Token(?!) to access my Account when previously all I needed was a pin?? it keeps telling me something went wrong even though my log in details are correct. I have money in my account but am unable to check the balance as before and without access to get into my account I am worried how I am going to even get my funds out!! 🤔 'Not happy Jan!'😡

After updating my andriod phome, the app does not send a verification text to my mobile. I have spent a tremendous amount of time trying to resolve this issue in person in Heritage Bank. as well on line with customer support. I have contacted Telstra to check if my mobile number was blocking the verification text with no resolve.
