Roomroll: Home Inventory

Roomroll is a home inventory app for homeowners and renters to record belongings, photos, receipts and serial numbers, room by room. It is a home contents record to keep for insurance: after a fire, theft or flood, tick what was lost and build a PDF list of those items to share with your insurer.

THE ROOM BOARD
Your home as a board of rooms. Each tile is sized by its item count and shows the number of items and your recorded values, with the total for the whole home above.

PHOTO SWEEP
Take photos in a row. Each one becomes an item with a suggested name generated on your phone, which you can edit. Add the details now or later.

THE PROOF, KEPT TOGETHER
Each item holds photos, your value, purchase date, brand, model, serial number, receipts and notes. Read a serial number off a label with the camera instead of typing it. Scan a receipt and attach it to the item.

LOST MODE
Tick whole rooms or single items. Ticks are saved as you go, so you can stop and come back. Then build your claim list: a PDF of only those items with their photos, serial numbers, receipts and your values.

FULL INVENTORY PDF
A document of your whole home, room by room, with totals per currency. Each item keeps its own currency and nothing is converted.

A COPY OFF THE PHONE
A fire can take your phone as well. Roomroll shows how long it has been since your last copy, and creates a ZIP file of your records and photos that you can save or share using your phone. Restore it on another phone.

POLICY RENEWAL REMINDER
Add your insurer, policy number and renewal date. On that date, a reminder to check your rooms and make a fresh copy.

YOUR RECORDS STAY WITH YOU
No account and no ads. Your rooms, items and photos are stored on your phone. Crash reports and usage statistics help keep the app working.

PLANS
The standard tier covers 2 rooms and 25 items, with Lost Mode ticks and the copy off the phone. The full app removes the room and item limits and adds the claim list PDF and the Full Inventory PDF. Nothing you have recorded is ever locked.

WHAT ROOMROLL DOES NOT DO
Roomroll helps you document what you own. The values are yours, not valuations. It is not insurance advice, and it cannot say what an insurer will accept or pay.
