Create a session to get help and share the 8-character invitation code. Your assistant can join with this code and watch what they see through your camera, talk to you, and add markers to the image. Show instead of tell
Your assistant can direct your attention to the right place with a pen, arrow, circle, dot, numbered step, and short laser pointer. So instead of saying "The button a little to the right," they can directly point to the relevant point.
Freeze the image, focus on the detail
Freeze the camera view when needed. Your assistant can add markers while you both look at the same frame. Return to live view when you're ready. Manage the conversation easily

You can get started without filling out a membership form. Conversations are not recorded. The person sharing the camera needs camera and microphone permission, while the assistant only needs microphone permission.
Both people need to use GuideLens and have an internet connection. Connection quality may vary depending on the network used.
