PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Device discovery runs locally on your phone. Your scan results are not uploaded. The speed test only contacts a public test server to measure throughput.

Why does WiFi Spy ask for location? Android requires it for any app that reads WiFi network details. WiFi Spy uses it only to read your network information and never tracks your location.
