This app is BROKEN and has only gotten worse since I last reviewed it. Now, both my husband and I have the issue where we will add something to the cart, see it's there and then at some point between ordering and them shopping, those items disappear from our cart. I KNOW I added them because I set up substitutes for them. By the way, that follow up they mentioned below? Never happened. They never bothered to respond back. Horrible, FRUSTRATING, app and horrible customer service.

I would've given 5 stars if it weren't for the inconvenience of not being able to add a new card without an error 400 or error 406 coming up saying try again later. This happens every time I try and add a card so if im on a time crunch and trying to order online with a card other than my primary its almost impossible. please fix. Thank you

Anytime there's a buy X get 1 free it just spins in the app. I've cleared cache. When it spins, it doesn't show up on the order and I don't get it for home delivery. Very frustrating. Currently happening to Poppi, buy 2 get 1 free. Last time this happened I didn't get any of the items I ordered delivered to my home.
