War Wagon is a free roguelite auto shooter where your train is the hero. Raiders on bikes, buggies, muscle cars and even ice-cream trucks chase you across a post-apocalyptic Wild West. Your weapon wagons aim and fire on their own: your job is to make the right call at every level-up. Think train defense meets survivor action.

YOUR TRAIN IS THE HERO

Forget the lone survivor. You command a rolling fortress: a steam locomotive pulling a convoy of weapon wagons, each with its own HP. Lose a wagon and it goes silent, but the train keeps rolling. Protect your convoy, keep the guns blazing and reach the station.

PICK A CARD, BUILD YOUR TRAIN

Every kill earns XP. Every level-up pauses the action and offers 3 cards: add a new weapon wagon, upgrade one, or repair a wagon that was knocked out. No two runs build the same train. Will you spread upgrades across your convoy, or go all-in on one wagon?

WEAPONS THAT CHANGE FORM

Machine Gun, Laser, Mortar, Flamethrower, Rocket Launcher, Tar Launcher: every wagon plays a different role. Stack upgrades on one wagon to unlock a Greater Perk that changes how it fires: Twin Barrels, Ricochet, Meltdown, Wildfire, Cluster Shell, Rocket Barrage and more.

SURVIVE THE RAIDER HORDE

Fast bikes, tanky golf carts, glass-cannon muscle cars, long-range news vans, sniper campers, heavy artillery trucks: 12 raider vehicles, each with its own trait. Learn their tricks, pick your targets and counter every wave.

DEFEAT THE IRON WARLORD

Cross 5 stages, from Quiet Tracks to Warlord's Domain, each bringing a new threat. At the end of the line waits the Iron Warlord, an armored enemy locomotive that rides your rails and shells your train until one of you is scrap.

UPGRADE AND PUSH FURTHER

Reach the station to win the stage chest. Collect Gold and wagon blueprints, level up your wagons and fill the Rail Road to unlock new wagons and more chests. Even a lost run pays out a partial chest.

ONE-THUMB ACTION

Combat is automatic: you only tap to pick your cards. Quick, explosive sessions made for mobile.
