I just got this app today and for $22.99/weekly yall better put the short series that I want to watch and convinced me to want to purchase. Coming from Facebook I click "go to app" from Cowgirl Gram and it does not show up. Only the list of other series. i want to watch that one. Please dont be another app that false advertise the vertical steal money and not give the customer what they pay for. You have 24 hours to fix it or I will be canceling the subscription and requesting a refund.

I downloaded the app as the series shown in the ad on my feed intrigued me. Watched the show and enjoyed some of the other content for a few days then wanted to Unsubscribe. Manage subscription in Settings showed nothing. Uninstalled then tried to reinstall. Still not showing the option. Sent email to have cancelled and nothing. Content was good but the rest is Robbery.

You can cancel your subscription directly in the StarShort App. Here's how: StarShort App → [Me] → [Settings] → [Manage Subscriptions]. Once you're on the Manage Subscriptions page, select the subscription you want to cancel and tap the small “UnSubscribe” text in the bottom-right corner of the item. That’s it — your subscription will be cancelled.

cancelled subscription and was a shown cancelled but have been charged 3 times since! keep getting run around about refuns and now cancelation. its showing no where to cancel as well Do not get this ap! Will continue to charge account and will not help in any way. Does not show under any pau platform and contrary tells you they can not help because 3rd party takes care of payment FRAUD!!!would give 0 stars but wont let you post review without at least 1
