About this app

A WatchTheFace (WTF) original.

the VAULT turns your wrist into a combination lock. Five concentric rings of lathe-turned steel carry the hour, minute, date, month and day, and you read them all at once through a polished capsule at 12 o'clock.

Every minute, the vault gets cracked. For the first 20 seconds, the rings scramble in opposite directions, then each one takes its turn, swinging past its mark, bouncing back and creeping closer, until all five settle together and the vault opens on the exact time.

FEATURES
- Five rotating rings: hour, minute, date, month and day, all moving continuously and accurately (the month ring even follows the real length of each month)
- The 20-second tumbler sequence at the start of every minute
- Lit capsule window: the current values glow white through the glass, with the seconds in red
- Machined steel finish with fixed lighting, so the metal catches the light like the real thing as the rings turn
- Outer ring of 60 dots ticking anticlockwise against the sweeping seconds
- Frosted steel battery gauge around the edge
- Digital hub with time, seconds and day/date; 12 or 24-hour format follows your phone
- Always-on display with the time and the W, T, F letters
- The WTF signature: the letters W, T and F travel the edge as the second, minute and hour hands

COMPATIBILITY
Built with Google's Watch Face Format for Wear OS 4 or later (for example, Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 and newer, Google Pixel Watch). Install from the watch, or from your phone and choose your watch as the install target. After installing, long-press your current watch face, scroll to the end and add WTF | the VAULT.
