Welldoc Cares

Taking care of a loved one with dementia or cognitive decline can be tough, but you don't have to do it alone.

Once they invite you, this app lets you securely connect to a person using the main Welldoc App to navigate their brain illness. Through the Welldoc Cares app, you will have a dashboard to view their medications, daily habits, and health data. You can also take notes on how they are doing through Brain Assessments, making it easy to track changes over time. This helps you guide their care and everyday health with less stress.

Note: You need a share code from their main Welldoc App to use Welldoc Cares. (The main Welldoc App is offered through participating health plans, doctor's offices, or employers.)

Welldoc Cares helps you give great care with:

All-in-one health tracking: See their most important health data in one place. This includes Brain Assessments, medications, blood sugar, blood pressure, weight, sleep, food, and activity.

Create your own health snapshot: Get an at-a-glance view of what matters most to both of you.

Medicine and routine tracking: Keep an eye on their full medication list and check if they are taking their pills. This helps them stay on track with their daily tasks and goals.

Caregiver notes: Easily write down changes you see in their mood or actions. This helps you and their doctors clearly understand how they are doing between visits.

Helpful alerts: Get updates to see how well they are keeping up with their medicines, goals, and daily logs.

Care for multiple people: You can easily link to and care for up to 3 different Welldoc users from a single app screen.



The Welldoc Cares App is not intended to replace the care provided by a licensed healthcare professional, including prescriptions, diagnosis, or treatment. Seek the guidance of a licensed healthcare professional before making medical decisions.



The Welldoc Cares® App is a non-device accessory to the Welldoc® App. It is intended to be used by adults - aged 18 years and older - who are supporting and caring for someone managing brain health, mild cognitive impairment, or dementia. The software is not intended to replace the care provided by a licensed healthcare professional, including prescriptions, diagnosis, or treatment nor is it intended to replace self-monitoring practices as advised by a physician. The software does not provide real-time clinical alerts, emergency monitoring, or treatment recommendations
