Select three trainees. Spend one year together. The debut group consists of only two.
"If You Don't Debut, You Become a Trainee Again" is a training simulation where you become the CEO of a small agency, nurture trainees, debut a group, and endure the dreaded seven years. (It is a mixed-gender group training game featuring both male and female trainees.)
■ One Year as a Trainee
Coaching rights are distributed monthly, and trainees are developed according to the evaluation criteria announced in July. Monthly evaluations are held in March, June, and September, followed by a debut evaluation in December.
■ The One Remaining Member
If you keep a trainee who did not make the debut group for "one more year," they will return for recruitment the following year. You, as the CEO, decide whether to send them away or keep them.
■ Five Comebacks
Select a concept, activity, and "killing part," and compete for first place against rival groups. During the hiatus, have one member participate in one of the following: lessons, a solo, a drama, or a variety show.
■ The Cursed 7 Years
If your renewal score is 9, you can stay; if it is between 5 and 8, you can only retain one person with the renewal perk (guaranteed solo debut).
Numbers don't lie. You can view all scores via "View Calculation," and the abilities gained during your trainee days carry over exactly for 7 years.
