Good, but not great. The item producers are not random. They will produce less of the items you need if it is in your list of things to fulfill. Example: Carpenters station. If you need to build wooden block puzzles the producer will generate more toy items (tops & yo-yos) at about a 2:1 ratio because you can't use them, so you use more energy to try produce the items you need. Your energy is finite unless you spend real money to get more which is obviously the point.

I enjoyed this game for a while. The ads are minimal and they give you a fair amount of free in game currency, so you're not totally missing out if you don't want to spend money. BUT... the energy system isn't balanced. As you progress the orders start taking a ton of energy to fulfill, but you're still capped at 100 energy. Increasing the limit with every level seems like an obvious solution, but for now it's too tedious and slow to enjoy anymore.

Technical issues. I used diamonds to make a purchase and the item never showed on my board. When I tried to contact support, my very valid email kept being rejected so I was not allowed to submit the report. I understand glitches happen, but having a glitch on the support page should be top priority, but how can we report that??? I also have items that I save in my inventory for later use disappear. it's really frustrating.
